On November 10th we watched a virtual Remembrance Day Assembly in our classroom.

Visual Journey of Canada

This week we used the Google Slides in Google Classroom to represent the descriptive words for the Prairies that we had discussed from the poem by David Bouchard. Then we wrote sentences to describe our  prairie images. Our writing this week included writing a stanza using the same format as "If You're Not From the Prairie". We brainstormed a wide range of topics from our family, siblings, special places,  and teams. This was included in our in our slides. It was an important week for navigating Google Slides. We learned how to add slides, capture images, change our font, add text and consistently login to the classroom.
